No driving anywhere, no waiting for someone to come to you. Dave connects to your screen remotely and helps right away.
Use the booking link to pick a time that suits you. You'll get a confirmation email straight away with everything you need to know. Takes less than two minutes.
Before your session, download Splashtop SOS — a small, safe app that lets Dave see your screen. No account needed, it takes under two minutes, and it can be removed afterwards.
At your booked time, Dave calls you directly. You give him a nine-digit code from the app, he connects to your screen, and you work through it together until it's sorted.

All sessions billed in 15-minute increments after the first hour. Multi-session packs are valid for three months — use them whenever you need help.

Preparing for your call
Your session time is your time. A little preparation means we spend it solving your problem — not hunting for information.
Jot a few notes on the problem — when it started, what you were doing, and any error messages you've seen. A sentence or two is plenty.
Make sure your computer is charged and switched on. If the problem involves your phone, have it nearby — Dave may need to talk you through a few steps.
If you can, have your email address accessible. Dave won't ask for passwords over the phone — but knowing which accounts are involved saves time.
Screensharing works best on a stable connection. Sit near your router if possible, and make sure you're on your home Wi-Fi — not mobile data.
